A facial can be part of a short stay in Bangkok, even if you are visiting SÉREN only once. Tell us your available dates, the time you have and what you would like from the treatment. We can help you choose before you book.

Please distinguish the treatment duration shown on the menu from your total appointment time. When booking, confirm the time needed for consultation and, for BR, skin analysis. Tell us about a flight, meeting or other fixed commitment so we can discuss a suitable appointment.

SÉREN is at 4/1 Soi Sukhumvit 49/10, Khlong Tan Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. Save the map pin and allow for Bangkok traffic when planning your journey. Our regular opening hours are Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00; closed Sunday and Monday.
Share any relevant skin sensitivities, recent procedures and current skin treatment when discussing your visit. If you have an important event coming up, tell us its date. We explain the proposed facial and appropriate aftercare, and you can tell us your preferences throughout.
If you need to cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If we do not receive 24 hours' notice, we reserve the right to request 100% payment upfront for your next appointment.
For treatments longer than 2 hours or for two or more guests, a 50% advance payment will be required at the time of booking.
We kindly ask that you arrive at SÉREN Le Moment five minutes before your scheduled treatment time. Please note that if you arrive late, we may need to shorten your treatment time, although the full treatment price will still be charged.
