Which facial should I choose?
Compare Biologique Recherche, Margy’s Monte Carlo, and Chi To Sé True on our Find Your Facial page. Your goals, skin condition, comfort, budget, and available time help guide the choice. You can also ask us on LINE before booking.
Can first-time guests book directly?
Yes. First-time guests are welcome to use the booking menu or contact us for guidance. You do not need to understand every specialist treatment name before asking for help.
Is skin analysis included in every facial?
Complimentary skin analysis is part of our Biologique Recherche facial approach. Please confirm what is included in your selected Margy’s or Chi To Sé True ritual when booking.
Do you offer body care as well as facials?
Yes. Our Chi To Sé True body menu includes Ampuku Body Rituals, an Express Glow facial add-on, and the Tokiwa, Koubai, and Suou body and face combinations. Explore body treatments.
Time & prices
How long should I allow for my visit?
Allow the time shown for your chosen treatment, and confirm whether consultation or skin analysis requires additional time. Facial options range from 30 to 120 minutes; body and face combinations range from 120 to 180 minutes.
Where can I find prices?
See the facial menu or body menu. The menus list treatment time and price; prices include VAT. Confirm the chosen treatment and any additions before your visit.
How do I book or check availability?
Use our booking menu, or contact us on LINE if you need help choosing. Advance booking is recommended when you have a preferred date or a limited stay.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Contact us as soon as your plans change. Please check the terms provided with your reservation for any cancellation or rescheduling conditions.
Preparing for your treatment
What if my skin is sensitive, irritated, or acne-prone?
Tell us before booking about your current concerns and any recent treatments. We can discuss suitability and whether the planned care needs to be adjusted or postponed.
Does a facial include manual extractions?
If blackheads or clogged pores are your main concern, ask before booking whether manual extractions are appropriate and included in your selected facial.
Can I book before an event?
Tell us your event date and whether you have tried the treatment before. We will discuss suitable timing, expected appearance, and any relevant aftercare.
Should I arrive without makeup?
Light or minimal makeup can make the initial skin assessment easier. If you are arriving from work or another appointment, your skin will be prepared before treatment.
What results should I expect?
Depending on your chosen care, cosmetic goals may include hydration, softer-feeling skin, smoother-looking texture, radiance, a more toned appearance, or relaxation. Results and their duration vary. Discuss your priorities and expectations before treatment.

Where are you located?
Our private atelier is at 4/1 Sukhumvit 49/10 Alley, Klongton Nua, Bangkok. Get directions.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00–19:00, and closed on Sundays and Mondays. Check availability for your preferred date in the booking menu.
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available at our private-house location. Contact us before your visit if you would like arrival or parking guidance.
Can I visit if I am in Bangkok only once?
Yes. Choose a treatment that fits your stay and discuss timing and any relevant aftercare before booking. We can help you select a suitable first visit.
